After receiving your Website Registration Form, you will select a convenient time for a Zoom call. During this call, we’ll discuss your brand and website goals to create a cohesive website that fits your needs. I understand that effective communication and feedback are crucial in developing a website that meets your expectations. Therefore, I will stay in contact with you throughout the development process and actively seek your feedback to ensure that the project is aligned with your vision. My primary goal is to ensure you’re satisfied with the final result. When you work with me, you can trust that I will prioritize your needs and keep you informed every step of the way.

Step 2

Once the website development is complete and you have approved the design, we will move forward by adding your chosen domain name (e.g., mysite.com). After this, we will publish the website, making it live and accessible to your target audience. Once the website development is complete.

As a friendly reminder, please note the following important terms regarding our website construction process:

1. Website Contract: Construction of your website will not commence until the Website Contract is fully completed, dated, signed, and returned to me.
2. Information Submission: Your website will not be published until I have received all necessary information from you, including pictures, content, and contact details (such as your email, phone number, and business address).
3. Payment: Work cannot start until payment has been received.
4. Trial Validity: Any trial period offered will be valid for 30 days.
   

In summary, I am not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of client-provided information unless otherwise specified. As a friendly reminder, please avoid sharing your website link until all changes have been completed. Here’s why:

I understand that a monthly maintenance fee of $50.00 might be a concern for some clients, but it is crucial for keeping your website in optimal condition. To help ease this burden, I am pleased to offer new customers the chance to waive this monthly maintenance fee for the first 5 months.

Please be reminded that all payments must be received before 12:00 PM on the due date. Failure to submit payments on time will result in your website being automatically taken offline.

If you start your plan on 10/11/2020 at 2:41 PM, your next payment will be due on 10/11/2021 before 11:59 AM or 12:00 PM. Timely payment is essential to maintain uninterrupted access to all the benefits of your plan. Please Note: The client is totally responsible for all Payments and Tax Fees. 

Client Accounts:

I would like to inform all new clients that each account includes one website. If additional websites are required, there will be a fee of $12.00 per site. Upon receiving payment, the additional website(s) will be added to your account, and the annual billing date will be adjusted accordingly. Please note that a domain is necessary for your website to go online. Therefore, I request that you complete the domain registration as soon as possible to ensure your website is live.

Additionally, a one-time fee of $5.00 for a period of three years is required to activate and maintain your website domain. This fee is essential to make the domain functional. I appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that your website is up and running promptly. If you have any questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Please Note:

1. Responsibility for Payment: I am not responsible and will not be held liable if your website goes offline due to non-payment.
2. Payment Notifications: You will receive three notifications before your payment due date to ensure you are aware of upcoming deadlines.
3. Account Suspension and Reactivation Fee: If your site remains offline for more than five (5) days, your account will be suspended. A $40 reactivation fee will apply to restore access to your website.
   

Please Note:

1. Monthly Maintenance Fee During Reactivation: When your account is reactivated, you will still be required to pay the monthly maintenance fee for the period during which your website was offline. This practice helps ensure the smooth functioning of our services. We kindly request that you make this payment promptly to avoid any disruptions in service.
2. Suspension and Deletion Policy: If your account remains suspended for thirty (30) days, both your account and website will be deleted.
